Card on file, projects as the organizing unit, and plain answers about what can and cannot be back in time. We never promise a turnaround we haven’t confirmed on the bench.
No paid repair work starts before you approve the estimate. Purchase orders welcome.

Pick the item, describe the problem, add photos or a recording. About two minutes on a phone.
Ship it, request a Box Kit, schedule a pickup, or bring it in by appointment.
Read the Bench Report, hear the evidence, then approve, approve with a PO, decline, or ask.
Tested, labeled, shipped or held at will-call, with the report for your records.
Receiving, diagnosis, parts, manufacturer service when it is needed, QA, and packing happen inside these steps. You see a plain-language update, never a status code.
Cables, connectors, jacks, switches, battery doors, cold joints, cleaning, re-terminations: that is our bench. When a repair needs the manufacturer or their service center (board swaps, firmware-locked parts, warranty work), we pack it, send it on your behalf, chase it, test it when it comes back, and return it to you. Same ticket number, same contact, one invoice.
We tell you which path it is on the Bench Report, before you approve anything. Manufacturer service time and cost are passed through and shown as their own line.
Group repairs by show or client. See everything for one production in one view, with the dates that matter.
Approve estimates from a phone. Pay by card at release or on net terms once you have an account.
When timing is tight, we tell you what we found before we tell you when. No turnaround claims, ever.
Every Bench Report carries the evidence: intake photos, our findings, a recording from our bench when the problem is something you'd hear, and the test result. You approve from your phone. No billable work until you do.
