If it carries audio and it broke, it has a place on the bench.

Pick the item, describe the problem, add photos or a recording. About two minutes on a phone.
Ship it, request a Box Kit, schedule a pickup, or bring it in by appointment.
Read the Bench Report, hear the evidence, then approve, approve with a PO, decline, or ask.
Tested, labeled, shipped or held at will-call, with the report for your records.
Receiving, diagnosis, parts, manufacturer service when it is needed, QA, and packing happen inside these steps. You see a plain-language update, never a status code.
Cables, connectors, jacks, switches, battery doors, cold joints, cleaning, re-terminations: that is our bench. When a repair needs the manufacturer or their service center (board swaps, firmware-locked parts, warranty work), we pack it, send it on your behalf, chase it, test it when it comes back, and return it to you. Same ticket number, same contact, one invoice.
We tell you which path it is on the Bench Report, before you approve anything. Manufacturer service time and cost are passed through and shown as their own line.
Schools hear "keep the class moving." Production hears "load-in is Thursday." Write the one line that proves you know their week.
Money path, paperwork, and the one fear specific to them (minors on camera, show dates, volunteers).
Four rows of real gear and real failures. Everything else on the page stays identical.
