A dead wireless pack the week of the musical shouldn’t be your problem to solve at 10 pm. Send it to the bench. We handle the PO, the paperwork, and the report your district wants.
No paid repair work starts before you approve the estimate. Purchase orders welcome.

Pick the item, describe the problem, add photos or a recording. About two minutes on a phone.
Ship it, request a Box Kit, schedule a pickup, or bring it in by appointment.
Read the Bench Report, hear the evidence, then approve, approve with a PO, decline, or ask.
Tested, labeled, shipped or held at will-call, with the report for your records.
Receiving, diagnosis, parts, manufacturer service when it is needed, QA, and packing happen inside these steps. You see a plain-language update, never a status code.
Cables, connectors, jacks, switches, battery doors, cold joints, cleaning, re-terminations: that is our bench. When a repair needs the manufacturer or their service center (board swaps, firmware-locked parts, warranty work), we pack it, send it on your behalf, chase it, test it when it comes back, and return it to you. Same ticket number, same contact, one invoice.
We tell you which path it is on the Bench Report, before you approve anything. Manufacturer service time and cost are passed through and shown as their own line.
Approve with a PO number. We hold the repair until the PO clears, so nothing moves without your business office.
W-9, vendor registration, sole-source letter, tax-exempt handling, and remit-to details in one download. Account setup walks your AP contact through it once.
We ask you not to upload student faces, names, or recordings unless needed for the diagnosis. Media is private and links expire.
Every Bench Report carries the evidence: intake photos, our findings, a recording from our bench when the problem is something you'd hear, and the test result. You approve from your phone. No billable work until you do.

The Class Cable Kit: ten stations, Neutrik connectors, a tester, the lesson plan, and ten Academy seats. Buy it on a PO. Students finish with a tested cable and a certificate.

The teacher starts the repair from a phone in the booth. The approver gets the estimate. Accounts payable gets the invoice with the PO already on it. Three people, one ticket, nobody chasing anybody.
