For college and university equipment rooms

Hundreds of assets. One queue. Every repair documented.

Checkout cages run on trust and labels. We give you the third thing: a Bench Report for every repair, serial-matched to your inventory, with approvers and locations that mirror how your department is set up.

No paid repair work starts before you approve the estimate. Purchase orders welcome.

The four steps

Four steps. Always four.

Start a Repair

Pick the item, describe the problem, add photos or a recording. About two minutes on a phone.

Get It to Us

Ship it, request a Box Kit, schedule a pickup, or bring it in by appointment.

Review + Approve

Read the Bench Report, hear the evidence, then approve, approve with a PO, decline, or ask.

Repair + Return

Tested, labeled, shipped or held at will-call, with the report for your records.

Receiving, diagnosis, parts, manufacturer service when it is needed, QA, and packing happen inside these steps. You see a plain-language update, never a status code.

One ticket, start to finish

We fix what a bench can fix. For the rest, we deal with the manufacturer so you don’t have to.

Cables, connectors, jacks, switches, battery doors, cold joints, cleaning, re-terminations: that is our bench. When a repair needs the manufacturer or their service center (board swaps, firmware-locked parts, warranty work), we pack it, send it on your behalf, chase it, test it when it comes back, and return it to you. Same ticket number, same contact, one invoice.

We tell you which path it is on the Bench Report, before you approve anything. Manufacturer service time and cost are passed through and shown as their own line.

Sent on for youManufacturer or service-center work. We ship, track, and test on return. You see “With the manufacturer” on your ticket, not a tracking number to babysit.
ReferredMains power, high-power amps, anything we won’t touch safely. We say so at intake and point you to who will.

Built for departments

Locations and approvers

Each building or program is a location with its own requesters, approvers, and billing contact. One account, many rooms.

Net terms and POs

Approve with a PO or on net terms. Invoices group by location and carry your account codes.

Gear list and maintenance

Import your asset list with serials. We track service history per unit and flag maintenance milestones before tech week.

What we found: TA4F input jack cracked at both solder joints. Intermittent on the wiggle test.

What we did: Replaced the jack, reflowed the board edge, 20-minute motion test with a known-good lav.

You can hear the fix before you pay for it.

Every Bench Report carries the evidence: intake photos, our findings, a recording from our bench when the problem is something you'd hear, and the test result. You approve from your phone. No billable work until you do.

Your equipment list becomes a maintenance plan.

Import a CSV of your gear with serial numbers. We attach every repair to the unit, keep the history, and flag basic milestones: wireless battery contacts yearly, snake channel tests, cable retests every six months. Tech week stops being a surprise.
